Client Success Representative (CSR) – Randash Auto Bozeman

About the Role
At Randash Auto, we believe everyone deserves a comeback story. As a CSR, you’re the first step in helping our clients write theirs. This is a customer success role focused on communication, empathy, and follow-through. You’ll help clients complete their applications, gather required documents, and coordinate appointments so they can drive away in a dependable vehicle that fits their budget.
Pay range $19–$23 per hour plus a bonus structure for funded deals. Some months may include Saturday shifts from 10 AM to 2 PM, with a weekday off during that week.
Responsibilities
• Respond quickly to new leads by phone, text, or email
• Collect and upload driver’s license, paystub, and proof of insurance
• Track customer progress through each step of the process
• Confirm appointments and coordinate with management
• Follow up on missed appointments and incomplete applications
• Maintain accurate notes and communication history in the CRM
Key Outcomes
• Average response time under 15 minutes for new leads
• 85% of applications completed with all documents
• 80% appointment show rate
Requirements
• Excellent phone and text communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
• Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
