Job description:

Automotive Technician (B/C Level) – $25–$28/hr + Weekly Bonus – Bozeman Randash Auto Center – Bozeman, MT

Full-Time Monday-Friday 9a-6p with Rotating Saturdays (10-2)

Randash Auto Center is hiring a dependable Automotive Technician for our Bozeman location.

We are a stable, family-owned operation servicing our own inventory and customer base. This is not dealership flat-rate chaos. We offer consistent workflow, steady hours, and a professional environment where quality work and accountability matter.

Compensation

• $25–$28 per hour DOE (guaranteed hourly) we offer more for ASE certifications
• Weekly productivity bonus based on flat-rate hours produced
• Top tier bonus: up to $475/week at 60.1+ flat-rate hours
• Consistent 40-hour work week
• Monthly tool stipend after 90 days

This is an hourly position with bonus opportunity. You get steady pay with upside for productivity.

What You’ll Do

• Perform brake, suspension, steering, and engine repairs
• Assist with diagnostic work
• Complete reconditioning and mechanical repairs on inventory
• Perform maintenance services (fluids, filters, belts, etc.)
• Accurately document work performed

We do not work on diesel engines.

• 2+ years of automotive repair experience
• Solid mechanical ability
• Basic diagnostic skills
• Own tools required
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Clean driving record
