Job description:

CREDIT CARE FINANCIAL

Account Manager Level I

Credit Care Financial, Inc./Randash Auto Center, Inc.- Bozeman, MT.



We are looking for a motivated candidate that is able to promote to level 2 within 90 days

This position is a in person, full-time office position

Monday-Friday 9a-6pm

Hourly Range: $19-22

(Potential weekly and quarterly bonus opportunities)


Position Summary:

The Account Manager Level I for Credit Care Financial, Inc the lending institution for Randash Auto (a Buy Here Pay Here dealership), is responsible for managing an assigned group of customer accounts and executing established customer service, account servicing, and collections processes.

This role focuses on daily account performance, payment follow-up, documentation accuracy, and structure communication with customers. The Account Manager Level II is an execution focused collections role, accountable for individual production, adherence to procedures, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Objectives:

Account Management & Collections Execution:

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts
  • Contact customers regarding upcoming, due, and past-due payments
  • Secure and enforce promises to pay
  • Follow established collection timelines and procedures
  • Maintain accurate call logs and documentation in system
  • Problem solve complex or high-risk accounts with the goal of long term success for each customer and the company

Delinquency Management:

  • Work delinquent accounts as assigned
  • Assist with repossession processing in accordance with established workflow
  • Support reinstatement communication and documentation
  • Follow company procedures for payment arrangements

Customer Communication:

  • Maintain professional and structured communication with customers
  • Reinforce expectations around on-time payment and account responsibility
  • Address routine account inquiries
  • Coordinate with Sales and Service departments as needed

Documentation & Compliance:

  • Ensure accurate and timely account documentation
  • Follow internal compliance procedures and BHPH regulatory guidelines
  • Maintain organized records for audit readiness
  • Immediately report potential compliance concerns to management

Performance & Accountability:

  • Meet individual production standards (calls, contacts, PTP conversion, kept PTPs)
  • Contribute to delinquency reduction goals within assigned accounts
  • Demonstrate consistent adherence to policies and structured processes

Continuous Development:

  • Participate in ongoing training
  • Develop negotiation and communication skills

Competencies:

  • 1+ years collections experience (automotive or consumer finance preferred)
  • Must be comfortable working KPI’s and weekly scorecards
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to follow structured processes and timelines
  • High level of personal accountability
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and account management systems
  • Professional demeanor under pressure

Spanish proficiency is advantageous.
